Our Story

Ciao Y'all has been open since June 2017. Our blend of Appalachian ingredients and preservation techniques with Italian presentation and style is unlike anything Asheville has seen.

For the first few years, we drove the food truck around to Asheville area breweries, baseball games, and local festivals.

During the pandemic, we pulled up to apartment complexes all over town to give people stuck at home a taste of normalcy with our Italian-Southern fare.

In 2021 we decided to branch out and begin offering catering services. Since then, we have catered dozens of weddings, private parties, and corporate events, feeding anywhere from 10 to 650 people.

Our goal is to provide a unique culinary experience for you and your guests through our menu that is focused on our signature Italian flavor with southern charm. Every dish at Ciao Y’all is made with love by our small, dedicated team. It brings a huge smile to our faces to see y’all happy and full at your event!
